At Praxian AI Solution Center, she serves as an associate consultant in Strategy and Decision-Making, applying that market experience to diagnosing and prioritizing AI initiatives for client companies.

Master's in Business Administration from IBMEC-RJ, with MBAs in Data Science & Analytics (USP/ESALQ), Software Engineering (UFRJ), Finance (IBMEC-RJ) and Services Marketing (ESPM), as well as executive training in Information Systems from Harvard University, in Boston, and courses in Project Management from the Project Management Academy, in Miami, and in Data Science from Bayswater College (IBS Americas), in London, he has dedicated his career to Technology and Artificial Intelligence management, with more than 20 years of experience in IT and projects across Brazil, Latin America and Europe. At Praxian AI Solution Center, he leads the architecture and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, RAG, intelligent automation and AI integration into corporate environments.

A graduate in Business Administration from FEA/USP, he has more than 10 years of experience in operations and project management, with a career marked by structuring teams and processes, digital transformation and data-driven management. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives in education, technology, business intelligence and automation, connecting strategy, processes and digital solutions.

At Praxian AI Solution Center, he is responsible for knowledge management and Artificial Intelligence and automation training initiatives, in addition to coordinating projects focused on the practical application of AI, process improvement and organizational transformation.

A business administrator graduated from Faculdade Sebrae, with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship, he works at the intersection of strategy, artificial intelligence, innovation and project management. With experience at Accenture in Management Consulting and an entrepreneurial background in technology, he is now part of Praxian AI, where he takes part in developing AI agents, automations and new initiatives in robotics and Physical AI. At IBS Americas, he stood out leading strategic, international projects, with professional experience in the United Kingdom, Italy and China. His work combines business vision, execution capability and the practical application of emerging technologies.

With an MBA in Data Science, AI and Analytics from USP/Esalq, she built her career in project management and finance, with international experience as an Academic Leader in international programs at universities in the United States, Italy and the United Kingdom. She currently serves as Senior AI Developer at Praxian AI Solution Center, focusing on Enterprise AI Strategy & Engineering, contributing to projects that bring together technology, Artificial Intelligence and business, supporting initiatives that help companies make decisions and create value.

Holds a degree in Business Administration from FEA/USP and an International MBA from FIA/USP and Université Pierre Mendès in France. Brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial management of complex accounts in the medical devices, robotics, diagnostics and HealthTech segments, driving growth and profitability at leading healthcare companies, including Abbott, Johnson & Johnson and DASA.
